Course Overview
Epigroup has partnered with the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations to develop a free train-the-trainer program on psychosocial hazards for trainers of WHS and Health and Safety Representatives (HSRs) in the Commonwealth jurisdiction.
This training equips learners with the knowledge and skills to understand psychosocial risk in the workplace, and train trainers to identify and support the management of psychosocial hazards under the April 2023 amendments to the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011 (Cth).
This comprehensive course is a combination of online learning and face-to-face workshops, where HSR trainers will solidify learnings and participate in activities and discussions. Trainers will also receive a selection of tools and resources to integrate in their training programs upon completion.
The training is being offered free of charge – including travel and accommodation for face-to-face workshops – and will be available in a variety of locations across Australia (conditions may apply). Take advantage of this generous opportunity today, and register below.
