South 32: Critical Risk Analysis and Communication
In 2018 Epigroup executed an end-to-end project for South 32 with the purpose of identifying, assessing and communicating a critical risk in Dropped Objects.
Project Scope
Epigroup were engaged to assist South 32 with facilitating risk assessments to assist South 32 with better understanding Critical Risks including Dropped Objects. Upon completion of the analysis, a communication strategy was required to push critical information around controlling the risk to the workforce.
Services and Solutions Provided
- Epigroup safety consulting to complete initial research and analysis
- Facilitate bowtie risk assessment, develop critical risk control performance standards and procedures
- Workshop facilitation and finalisation of set of clearly defined themes to be communicated
- Micro-learning video production. Released and viewed by 800 staff and contractors within 2 week period
